I believe that ordering a custom homecoming mum or garter online should be effortless and straightforward. These sales terms are provided to make ordering a custom mum or garter an easy and positive experience for you.
You will be asked to indicate that you have read and agree to these terms at the end of the online order form.
When to Order
Custom homecoming mums are created in homecoming date order. It is better to order earlier, rather than later.
Order at least 7 days before your homecoming date to avoid the $25 late order charge.
Shipped orders should be placed at least 14 days before your homecoming.
Special requests for items that I do not normally stock must be made fourteen days before the date that you need it. This is to allow time to locate and order your item.
Payment is due at the time you place your online order. Pay securely with your debit or credit card via PayPal or Square.
Cash payment is available, in person, at my studio in Lago Vista by appointment. Your order will be placed in the queue once it is paid for.
Checks and money orders are not accepted.

Pick Up and Shipping
Pickup is at my studio in Lago Vista, TX. The address will be noted on your confirmation email.
Delivery is not available.
Mums will be available for pickup from 4 pm to 9 pm on Wednesday and Thursday before your homecoming by appointment only.
If you need your mum or garter on a different day, please let me know prior to ordering, so that I can make arrangements. The late order charge will apply if your desired pickup day falls within 7 days of ordering.
Shipping is via FedEx Ground. Shipping is on Fridays and Mondays.
Central Texas Spirit Wear and Nina Bryson are not responsible for missing or damaged packages. Please contact FedEx to make claims for lost or damaged items.
Changes and Cancellations
Cancellations are given on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are minus a $25 administration fee. NO cancellations or refunds will be given within 7 days of your homecoming date.
Simple changes, such as names, are free as long as they are within 24 hours of your pickup date.
Contact me if major changes are needed to see if the change can be accommodated within the time frame.
Major changes such as color or size can be made if they are outside of the 7 day window before your homecoming. Differences in price will need to be settled for the change to take effect and your order to be placed back in the queue.
Major changes such as color or size within the 7-day time frame will incur the $25 late order charge, plus any differences in price. ie changing from a single to a double. Those fees are due to be paid immediately to keep the order in the queue.
COVID19 changes to your school schedule: To receive a refund, minus $25, you must contact me (7) SEVEN days before your scheduled homecoming. No refunds will be given after that.
