I believe that ordering a custom homecoming mum or garter online should be effortless and straightforward. These sales terms are provided to make ordering a custom mum or garter an easy and positive experience for you.
You will be asked to indicate that you have read and agree to these terms at the end of the online order form.
When Should I order?
Mums are made in homecoming date order. It is better to order earlier, rather than later. Mum
Order at least 7 days before your homecoming date to avoid the $25 late order charge.
Shipped orders should be made at least 14 days before your homecoming. All mums and garters are shipped via FedEx Ground. This is typically one to two days within Texas but is not guaranteed.
Special requests such as a stuffed animal or colors that I do not normally stock must be made fourteen days before the date that you need it. This is to allow time to locate and order your item.
When Do I pay?
Pay for your mum or garter at the time you place your order. Pay securely with your debit or credit card via PayPal or Square.
Cash payment is available, in person is at my studio in Lago Vista, by appointment. Your order will be placed in the queue once it is paid for.
I do not accept checks or money orders of any type.

Pick Up and Shipping
Where do I pick up? Can my order be delivered?
Pickup is at my studio in Lago Vista, TX. The address will be noted on your confirmation email.
Delivery is not available.
When do I pick up?
Mums will be ready for pickup from 9 am to 8 pm on Thursday before your homecoming.
If you need your order on a different day, please let me know before you order, so that I can make arrangements. The late order charge will apply is your desired pickup day falls within 7 days of ordering.
When Will My Order Be Shipped?
Shipping is via FedEx Ground. Times are not guaranteed. I ship on Fridays and Mondays. Most orders in Texas arrive in one or two days. Orders outside of Texas may take up to 5 business days.
Orders created and shipped according to your homecoming date, not in the order it was received.
I am not responsible for missing or damaged packages. Please contact FedEx to make claims for lost or damaged items.
What if they break up and other unforeseen circumstances?
Simple changes, such as names, are free as long as they are within 24 hours of your pickup date.
Major changes such as color or size can be made if they are outside of the 7+ days before your homecoming. Differences in price will need to be settled for the change to take effect.
Major changes such as color or size within the 7-day time frame will incur the $25 late order charge, plus any differences between sizes/style, ie changing from a single to a double.
If a full cancellation becomes necessary, please notify me as soon as possible. Cancellations and refunds are handled on a case by case basis.
I do not accept cancellations within 24 hours of pickup. More than likely your custom order is finished and I have already put hours of work into the mum and will not be able to resell a custom mum.
